This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

2. Publishing and Ownership

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011. The Platform (https://rashivashi.com/ and related mobile apps) is owned by Triobundle Technology Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at:

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by these Terms of Use. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations.

4. User Agreement

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during registration.
  • We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website.
  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
  • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
  • You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Pricing and Beta Period

Beta Period: Currently, the Platform is in a Beta testing phase and is completely FREE for all users.

Future Pricing: Once the Beta period concludes, the service will be charged at ₹49 for 7 days. Users will be notified before any charges are implemented.

6. Disclaimer

Important: The astrological predictions and advice provided by RashiVashi are for entertainment and general guidance only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

6. Indemnity & Liability

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use. Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

8. Account Termination & Deletion

  • You may terminate your account at any time by following the deletion process in your profile settings.
  • Upon initiating deletion, your account enters a 7-day deactivation period. During this time, you may recover your account by logging in. After 7 days, the account and all associated personal data will be permanently anonymized or deleted.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or us.
  • Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay any outstanding charges or affect any licenses/rights granted to us under these Terms.
