Refund Policy
1. No Refund Policy
At RashiVashi, we value your trust. Please note that all sales and payments made for services on our Platform are final and non-refundable.
The platform is currently in Beta and is FREE to use.
Once the Beta period ends, the standard subscription charge will be ₹49 for 7 days.
We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment has been processed. Specifically, **deleting your account or terminating your subscription prematurely does not entitle you to a refund** for any unused portion of your subscription or services already rendered.
2. Exception: Failed Transactions
The only exception to our No Refund policy is in the event of a technical failure where:
- An amount has been successfully deducted from your bank account or payment instrument.
- AND the corresponding service or wallet credits have not been credited to your RashiVashi account.
3. Automatic Reversal
In such cases of failed execution where money is deducted but service is not rendered:
- The amount will be automatically reverted to your original payment source within 7 working days.
- You do not need to initiate a separate request for this; however, if the amount is not credited back within 7 days, please contact us.
