  • Permanent Anonymization: After 7 days of inactivity, the deletion becomes permanent. All personal identifiers (name, precise coordinates, date of birth, phone number) are erased. Your email address is replaced with an anonymous placeholder (e.g., deleted_user@anonymized.com).
  • Linked Record Deletion: All associated records, including your chat messages, kundli reports, and notification history, are permanently deleted from our active databases.

We retain backup data only for the period required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required under applicable law (such as financial records or legal disputes).

7. Consent & Withdrawal

By visiting our Platform, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent by writing to the Grievance Officer. Withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective.
